Price
The pricing detail for the Skoda Enyaq is yet to be made public; it is expected that its ex-showroom price will be around ₹50 lakh for the standard variant; the top trim is likely to cost around ₹65 lakh.
If the price goes as per the expectation, there is a high speculation that the on-road price for the standard one will be around 53 lakh, and for the higher-end variant, one will have to pay more than ₹68 lakh.
Specification
The Skoda Enyaq comes with a single permanent magnet synchronous motor and a rear-wheel drive option. In India, this electric car will come with an 82 kWh battery, which generates a power of 286 PS and a torque of 545 Nm.
Since it is an EV, it comes with a single-speed automatic transmission, but its performance is strong and smooth in both city traffic and on highways. The real-world range of this electric car is around 500 km.
The acceleration timing of this EV is so quick; it reaches the speed of 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds, and the maximum speed is only 200 km/h. It supports both AC and DC charging options.
