The KTM 390 Adventure R is expected to be launched in the Indian market most probably in December 2025, although the actual date for its debut is yet to be confirmed by the auto manufacturer.
There is high speculation that its ex-showroom price will be around ₹4 lakh, and it is likely to cost around ₹4.5 lakh on-road. Actual pricing details are disclosed with the launch of this bike.

The KTM 390 Adventure R is powered by the single-cylinder, 4-stroke, and liquid-cooled engine, whose displacement is 398.6 cc. It generates the maximum power of 45 PS and torque up to 39 Nm.
This two-wheeler features six-speed manual transmission, and the drivetrain is chain-drive, and it offers strong low-end performance for off-road riding and a smooth and powerful riding experience for the highways.
0 to 100 km/h acceleration timing is likely to be around 6 seconds, and top speed is expected to be 160-170 km/h. The mileage in cities and on highways may be 22-25 kmpl and 28-30 kmpl, respectively.
Brake & Suspension
The front brake is a single disc brake with a radial calliper, and the rear one is a single disc brake. The KTM 390 Adventure R has dual-channel ABS and cornering ABS, and it also features off-road ABS mode, which can switch off the rear ABS.
This motorcycle comes with the WP USD forks as front suspension, which makes off-roading softer and highway driving stiffer, and the rear suspension features the WP monoshock, which helps maintain the balance and control during off-road jumps, dips, and uneven roads.
