Aprilia has unveiled its new colour option for the RS 457 motorcycle at Indian Bike Week 2025 at Dubash Airfield, Panchgani. Bike lovers who wish to get their hands on the upcoming model can learn about it here, from launch to expected changes.
The Italian manufacturer, Aprilia, has launched the RS 457 in the Indian market in late 2023 at a price of ₹4.5 lakh in three colours, and now three more color options have been announced for the Indian market. The bike offers you an authentic sports and racing experience with the best power-to-weight ratio.
The fresh colour options add to the appealing look of the model and offer more variety to the potential buyers. The brand may also introduce some new features and changes to the color scheme.
Aprilia RS 457 New Colours
The current Aprilia RS 457 is available in three colours: Prismatic Dark, Racing Tripes, and Opalescent Light with the red strip lines. The current Aprilia RS 457 is quite popular, and with the new colour option, the brand adds more to the visual appeal and attracts attention.
According to the Indian Bike Week 2025, Aprilia has revealed the following three colour options for the RS 457 model:
- Snake Blue: You will find a vibrant blue finish body with bright red graphics, like other models, that brings the memory of the Blue Marlin of RS 660. The tires rims of this colour option will have red-finished trims.
- Arsenic Yellow: RS 457 will now have the Arsenic Yellow touch with the back finish, where the features are an overall finish with bright yellow graphics. Like the Snake blue option, the tire rims of the Arsenic Yellow are red.
- Racing Replica: Inspired by Aprilia RS-GP, you can find the RS 457, the most premium edition of the color palette, with the Racing Replica option.
Aprilia RS 457 Launch with new colours
Aprilia has unveiled the new colour options at IBW 2025, but did not mention the official launch date. However, based on the speculation, you can expect the RS 457 in the new colour options in January 2026.
The current color options continue to be sold, but the new colour options have some additional stickers to enhance the overall appearance of the model. The road presence of the models will increase through the new colour options and have a resemblance to the elder sibling of RS 457 or RS 660.
Remember, the brands have not mentioned if the new color options will replace the existing ones or not, hence waiting for the official announcement from Aprilia.
What’s new to the Aprilia RS 457?
With the new colour options unveiled for the RS 457, many are wondering if there are any other changes to the model. According to reports, the model will have the same mechanical core, but there can be some changes, such as:
- The Racing Replica colour option model can have the premium accessories as standard equipment, such as adjustable levers and a pre-installed quickshifter.
- The Arsenic Yellow and Snake Blue will have only colour update and rim color change from the previous models; other than that, nothing changes in the models.
- The model continues to have the same performance with a high-tech liquid-cooled parallel twin cylinder producing 35 kW of power.
- The model will have a dry weight of up to 159 kg, full LED lights for better visibility, semi-handlebars, and others.
Apart from these, the bike model will be the same as the previous ones, especially the Snake Blue and Arsenic Yellow colour options.
What would be the price for the Aprilia RS 457?
Aprilia has not revealed anything about the price of 457’s new color options for the Indian market, same as the launch timelines. However, based on the speculation, the buyers can expect a rise in the price for the Racing Replica option, given its premium look, but not in the other two new colours.
So, you can purchase the Snake Blue and Arsenic Yellow at a price range of ₹4.5 lakh, but the Racing Replica can come at a new and high price, maybe around ₹4.10 lakh.
Aprilia RS 457’s new color options are unveiled, with one colour option offering a premium look. The bikers can expect the new colour option to be available from next month or later in 2026.
