The standard platform of the BSA Thunderbolt is based on the Yezdi Adventure, meaning they share the same engine and other components. The modern Thunderbolt will work on all kinds of terrain with its modern features and its sharp design.
BSA Thunderbolt Launch
The Birmingham Small Arms Company has not revealed much about the BSA Thunderbolt launch, except that internationally, they will launch this adventure bike in mid-2026. BSA has neither confirmed its launch in the Indian market nor confirmed the global launch timeline.
Indian customers can get their hopes high because the market is wide, and if they launch Thunderbolt globally, the launch in India can follow after. Currently, the BSA Gold Star 650 is available in the Indian market, powered by the largest single-cylinder engine.

BSA Thunderbolt Expected Price
BSA has showcased its first-ever adventure bike, Thunderbolt, at EICMA 2025; however, they have revealed nothing about the price of the model. However, based on the Yezdi adventure and its features, you can expect the bike to be available for around $2800 to $14,000.
If it is launched in India, you can expect it to be sold around ₹1.9 lakh to ₹2.25 lakh, the typical price for adventure bikes. The official price of the BSA Thunderbolt depends on many factors, including region, variants, and many others; hence, it’s hard to guess.
BSA has also launched the ADV platform that will enable the BSA brands, like Yezdi and Jawa, to have one platform for sale without affecting each brand’s signature styling and distinctiveness.
