The Cayenne EV by Porsche will be unveiled on November 19, 2025, and it will be available for sale in the global market in 2026. It is going to be the third electric car after the Taycan EV and Macan EV in India—the expected ex-showroom price is ₹1.60 crore.
This luxury EV will be available with a double-motor setup, i.e., it will feature an all-wheel drive option. Since it is an electric car, the transmission will be automatic. It is built on Premium Platform Electric architecture, which will be available with two battery packs.

Powerstrain
No actual details about the battery pack are disclosed, but it is a media source that this electric car will have a lithium-ion battery of 108-113 kWh, which will give a range of more than 600 km on a full charge. It is expected that it will generate the power of around 800 kW and torque up to 1,500 Nm.
This EV’s maximum speed is going to be 250 kilometers per hour, and the estimated acceleration timing from 0 to 100 km/h is only 3 seconds. As it supports 800-volt electrical architecture, this e-car’s battery can be charged with a maximum power of 400 kW DC charger at the charging station.
With the maximum charging power at the station, it can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 20 minutes. It will also be available with an AC charging option, which is expected to support up to 22 KW—it is likely that it will take time overnight to fully charge it.
